  1. Enter it in the pharmacy portal in seconds. A driver collects it the same day, with fridge and narcotic items flagged from the start.

  2. The driver app plans the route and gives turn-by-turn directions to each door.

  3. Your patient gets a text before we arrive. At the door we collect a signature and a photo, saved with the order.

Who is Medic Arrow for?

Pharmacies first: independent stores, chains and clinics. We also deliver for retailers, online shops and other businesses that need same-day delivery across the GTA.

Do you deliver the same day across the GTA?

Yes, in Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and Pickering. Tell us your pickup address, delivery areas and timing, and we’ll confirm.

Do you deliver more than prescriptions?

Yes. We also deliver business parcels, documents, retail orders and other eligible goods. Send us the details so we can confirm what’s suitable and how it should be handled.

How are fridge and narcotic medications handled?

They’re flagged on the order, so the driver sees them from pickup to the door.

What proof of delivery do I get?

A signature and a photo at the door, saved with the order. Patients also get a text before the driver arrives.

Can your drivers collect payment?

Yes. Drivers collect cash on delivery and settle it with your pharmacy.

How do we place orders?

In the pharmacy portal. Your team adds an order in seconds and can follow it through to delivery.
